Welcome to Warwickshire County Council Webcasting

Warwickshire CC Democracy

What is a Webcast?

A webcast is a transmission of audio and video over the internet. Video cameras in our Council Chamber and Committee Room capture the live information, which allows anyone to view the meeting.

Through your internet connection you can view the meetings live or as an archive  at a later date or time.   The archives allow you to view the meeting at your leisure and, through the use of the index points, allow you to jump to a specific agenda point or speaker. Archived webcasts are kept for 12 months.

Meetings being Webcast

Warwickshire County Council will start webcasting Full Council, Cabinet, Overview and Scrutiny and Regulatory Committee meetings.

Our first broadcast will be the Resources and Fire & Rescue Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 19 September 2018 at 2pm.

How to Use

You will be able to access webcasts of our main council meetings via the main Warwickshire County Council Public-i Page.  Upcoming and most recent meetings are displayed on the right hand side.

To view an archive of a recent meeting simply click on the title of the meeting you wish to view. Live webcasts will be archived and available approximately 2 days after the meeting has finished.

Older meetings can be found via the webcast library where you will also be able to access any documents or presentations associated to the webcasts.
